- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, burns or misuse.
- Keep your invoice / warranty card safe for any claim.
🔄Return & ExchangeEasy and fair
- If you receive a wrong or faulty product, inform us within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original box with all accessories.
- After checking, we will replace or exchange the product.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on opened items.
🚚Delivery PolicyFast delivery across Pakistan
- We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier services.
- Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your city.
- Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout or shared on WhatsApp.
- Please check the parcel at the time of delivery.
💵Payment PolicyCash on Delivery available
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
- Bank transfer / mobile wallet (JazzCash, Easypaisa) can also be used. Details are shared on WhatsApp.
- For high-value orders, an advance payment may be required.
